All corners of the indoor playground in the shopping mall are treated with a 45° arc transition, and the arc radius is not less than 25mm, which is far more than the 20mm required by the EU EN-1176 standard. The anti-collision buffer layer uses high-density sponge (density 45kg/m³), which provides better buffering protection than ordinary sponge (density 25-30kg/m³). Moreover, all materials have passed the EN71-3 harmful substance test, and the heavy metal content is less than 10ppm, which is far below the safety standard of 50ppm.

The surface of the amusement facility is made of polyethylene (HDPE) material, with a hardness of 85 Shore D and a wear resistance that is 3 times that of ordinary plastics. After 5000 reciprocating friction tests, the weight loss is less than 0.1g. In terms of anti-aging, after 2000 hours of ultraviolet irradiation, its color difference ΔE is less than 3, and it can maintain a good appearance for a long time. In general, the expected service life of the product is 15-20 years, which is 50% longer than ordinary amusement equipment.
Easy To Clean
All surfaces of our products use nano silver ion antibacterial technology, which can effectively inhibit 99.9% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and the duration can reach more than 3 years, which is 200% higher than ordinary antibacterial treatment (usually 1 year), greatly improving the hygiene level of the playground. In addition, the surface of the equipment adopts a hydrophobic coating, and 10 common stains such as coffee and juice are not easy to adhere, and can be easily wiped off within 5 minutes.
