Type: Indoor Playground in Shopping Mall
Location: Guizhou, China
Area:1300 sqm
Ceiling Height: 4.4mH

Challenge: Young Families Want More Than Just "A Place to Play"

This trendy playground in Guizhou attracts a large number of young, highly educated, and high-spending families with children. Playgrounds generally face a dilemma:
· Children need to burn off energy;
· Parents want their time together to be engaging and even "show off."
Traditional indoor playgrounds struggle to satisfy both needs simultaneously. Parents' reasons for paying are shifting from "my child likes it" to "I'm willing to come with my child, and they want to come back."
Our Solution: Immersive Themes + Learning Through Play -- Immersive themed experiences have become a key to success, and fitness education is quietly gaining popularity, with parents willing to pay for "learning through play."
Based on this, we've deeply integrated the fantastical imagination of "exploring space" with the healthy concept of "parent-child exercise," creating an "Interstellar Training Base" for children aged 2-12 within a 1300㎡ space.

A well-planned indoor playground layout ensures that every square meter serves a purpose. The story begins at the shoe-changing area. The integrated shoe-changing, cashier, water dispenser, and formula-making area ensures that parents' first point of contact is the starting point of their "interstellar journey," rather than a cluttered service counter. This thoughtful detail encourages parents to stay longer.
Design Highlights: A 35-meter-long tunnel train carries children through a light and shadow tunnel. A double helix photo area and a space-themed observation deck offer stunning photo opportunities everywhere. Photo-worthy! This location is ideal for secondary dissemination and promotion on social media.

Functional Zoning - Divided by Age Groups to Meet Different Requirements
Dividing the area into different age groups allows for a wider customer base at any given time, avoiding safety complaints about older children bumping into younger children. This indoor playground layout naturally separates high-energy zones from quiet zones.
Toddler Area (2-6 years old)
1. Sandpit + Parent-Child Reading + Building Blocks. Reduces climbing difficulty and increases opportunities for parent-child interaction.

2. Utilizes vertical space to create a "hide-and-seek" exploration experience. A cozy parent-child reading corner is set up on the first floor, and building blocks are set up on the second floor. Achieves space reuse.
Exercise and Development Area (3-12 years old)
1. High-quality parent-child interactive facilities such as double helix slides, space spinners, and tunnel trains. High-quality facilities naturally attract children.

2. Frame Area: Hanging balls, soccer balls, a bouncy wall, trampolines, basketball… each activity corresponds to a different way of releasing physical energy.

3. Climbing Area: The climbing stake and swall in the climbing area engage children's entire bodies, showcasing their balance and core strength

Parents clearly perceive the existence of "physical fitness training" and are willing to pay a premium for "learning through play."
Projected ball-throwing, ball-dropping machines, cannons, and soft-padded slides, along with eye-catching glowing fiberglass slides - a blend of technology and excitement. Strong visual impact, naturally suitable for short video dissemination, reducing customer acquisition costs.

Commercial indoor playgrounds need to balance "children's experience" and "parents' reasons for paying" to achieve operational efficiency and long-term appeal. And we, Cowboy, a 23-year-old indoor playground equipment supplier, possesses the customized design and production capabilities to bring such a playground to life, and this case is the best illustration.
Cowboy doesn't offer "generic templates," but rather:
Customized Design: Designs are created based on your site dimensions, ceiling height, and target customer profile, starting with a storyline.
In-house Production: Core equipment such as fiberglass spiral slide, miniature trains, and soft-pack systems are all independently manufactured.

Implementation Experience: In a 1300㎡ space with a 4.4m ceiling height, complex functions such as double spirals, double-layered block areas, and climbing walls are achieved, providing as many fun and engaging play experiences as possible while ensuring a reasonable indoor playground layout - significantly extending visitor time and increasing repeat purchase rates.
We believe that the children's playground of the future will be a multi-functional space that is themed, active, and social. And Cowboy's indoor park design and building is a pioneer in this concept.
