Cowboy Group Won The Outstanding Contribution Award For Poverty Alleviation By Chinese Cultural Tourism Enterprises

On September 21, 2020, the  Second Council (Expanded) Meeting of the Seventh China Amusement Park Association  sponsored by China Amusement Park Association was successfully held in Chengdu Sunac International Conference Center. The conference summarized the important work since the Seventh Member Congress of the Association, and established the Professional Committee of the Seventh Council of the China Amusement Park Association, commending cultural and tourism enterprises that have made important contributions to the national epidemic prevention and poverty alleviation work. Cowboy Group was awarded the  Outstanding Contribution Award for Poverty Alleviation by Cultural and Tourism Enterprises  for its outstanding contributions in the field of poverty alleviation.

China Amusement Park Association (CAAPA) was established in 1987. It is a national industry organization composed of Chinese amusement industry scientific research, design, manufacturing, and amusement park management enterprises and institutions. The superior authority is a state-owned asset. The management committee and the organization registration management agency is the Ministry of Civil Affairs. The main purpose of this conference held by China Amusement Park Association is to focus on solving industry difficulties, boost industry confidence, and contribute to the promotion of industry revitalization and high-quality development.

Since its establishment in 2003, Cowboy has grown into a comprehensive industrial group. Cowboy has continued to develop rapidly while also striding towards higher quality development. Through the donation of a batch of fitness equipment such as double riders, herringbone single walkers, and double rocking chairs A cultural square integrating leisure, entertainment and exercise was built for local residents.

The completion of the cultural plaza solves the real problem of “nowhere to go for leisure and entertainment, and no tools for daily exercise” by local residents, meets the daily fitness needs of local residents in Taoping Town, and provided help to promote the construction of local harmonious and high-quality communities.

The success of this poverty alleviation project inGansu Province won Cowboy’s Group the “Outstanding Contribution Award for Poverty Alleviation by Cultural and Tourism Enterprises”. It is also an incentive for Cowboy Group to continue to practice the enterprise's own poverty alleviation model in future poverty alleviation projects.

We have been on the road of poverty alleviation

In May 2020, the Cowboy Group learned that the teaching aids, tables and chairs and other supporting facilities of the Kangzhi Service Center in Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City are aging and damaged. After contacting the person in charge of the center and learning more about the current situation and difficulties of the center, the Cowboy Group decided to renew all of its teaching facilities to help the center provide a better learning and living environment for people with intellectual disabilities.

In the future, Cowboy Group will continue to make efforts in the battlefield of poverty alleviation, insisting on the idea of “government-led, enterprise-driven, and mass participation”, combining its own reality, and through industry assistance, technical assistance, and employment assistance.
